Understanding our text messaging services and your rights

At Avco Premier, we provide digital ordering and customer messaging services for restaurants. When you place an order or sign up with one of our restaurant partners, you may receive text (SMS) messages to keep you informed and enhance your customer experience.

Types of Messages You May Receive

Messages are sent via SMS on behalf of the restaurant where you placed your order. These may include:

  • Order confirmations and receipts
  • Delivery status updates
  • Ready-for-pickup alerts
  • Customer support or issue resolution
  • Review or feedback requests (optional)
  • Occasional promotions (if opted in)

How You Opt In

You opt in by:

  • Entering your phone number during online checkout or registration on a restaurant website powered by Avco Premier
  • Agreeing to the SMS terms presented on the form or screen
  • Confirming that you want to receive updates regarding your order

This opt-in is not pre-checked, and you may not be required to opt in to place an order.

Message Frequency

The number of messages will vary based on your activity. Most orders will generate 2–5 messages, including:

  • Order received
  • Order in progress
  • Order ready / out for delivery
  • Follow-up or feedback request (if applicable)

Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Privacy & Security

Who Is Messaging You

Messages are sent by Avco Premier on behalf of the restaurant you interacted with. You can view the sender name within your message thread or check with the restaurant where you ordered.
